This is the extended version of my last post about travel  (//marnicolbert.com/the-how-to-on-pe…ng-part-3-travel/). Now I am going to cover all of the little things you probably didn’t think about when it comes to booking travel for your clients.  Everyone has different priorities, so be sure to ask!

Transportation:

  • Is Uber/Lyft available in that city?
  • Window or aisle?
  • Right or left side of the plane?
  • Do they fly a certain airline enough to set up frequent flier numbers for them and/or their family?
  • Do they prefer to fly in the morning or afternoon?

 

Hotel:

  • City view? Park view? Ocean view/front?
  • High or low floor?
  • Club level?
  • Hotel that offers free breakfast?
  • Has a pool?
  • Gym?
  • Free wifi?

Are they TSA Pre-Check? Global Entry?  Do they need a Clear card? What can you do to make their trip easier?
